AFYM 2025 Medal Winners 🎶✨

What a wonderful festival we had this year! The Abertawe Festival for Young Musicians 2025 was full of joyful performances, from the very first note to the last. Every single young musician who took part impressed us with their commitment, talent and enthusiasm.

As always, choosing medal winners was incredibly difficult. Our adjudicators were moved and delighted by so many performances.

It’s important to remember that winning isn’t the aim of AFYM: the festival is about learning, sharing and celebrating music together. Medals are simply an added bonus, a way of recognising those extra-special moments that stood out on the day.
